I started writing this course for myself.
When I tell you how excited I was to take this course once it was finished, even though I wrote it, I truly mean it.
I wanted something I could return to whenever I felt out of alignment. A way to find myself again if I ever lost my way.
I also wanted something I could one day share with my children, so they would always have a path back to themselves too.
What started as something deeply personal quickly became something I knew I wanted to share with others as well.
Through reflective prompts, guided journaling, and intentional practices, Coming Home to Self creates the space to slow down and hear what we have all been too busy to hear.
